I am looking to setup a function that looks at the current url of the page that is being displayed and passes that url to an external function. Then when someone comes back into a specific page, they can click a link to take them back to where they left off. Any thoughts?

u can get the corrent location with & store it in a [u]Session </u>or [u]Cookie </u>& use it as u wish...

You could store it in a JavaScript cookie or pass it to the server for PHP or ASP or something to store it in a session, as Hovik said, or pass it to a database to store a list of locations. Depends on exactly what you want to use this for.
