Does anyone know if it's possible to disable the Back, Forward and Refresh buttons after a page is loaded? I can only disable them using the toolbar option in window.open. I wonder if it's possible to do that after my page was already opened. Thanks.

In a word, no, and this is by design. It's not that browsers could not be programmed in such a way that things like this could be done, but, in fact, browsers (yes, even Internet Explorer) are designed specifically to prevent this kind of access to their functionality by a site. This is to protect their users from malicious attack by evil websites.
