Nothing about programming,juz problem with my own PC.
All things go wrong after i reinstalled my system.
currently, winXp updated.IE

ok, here is my problem.
click anything on the webpage addressed by "javascript:xxxxxx", there won't be a response.
for example, the "Smilies" icons on the Post new topic page.

I wrote a piece of javascript client-side code:
<script language=javascript>
alert ("helloworld")
</script>
It works in my browser.

I thought it was sth. about security settings?
still stuck after I enabled java console, script debugging etc...

so completely confused.
