Drag and Drop Tables Like my.msn

Dear All

how can we drag and drop tables like http://my.msn.com
I also want to do it in netscape and mozilla.

MS introduces Webparts and personalization in ASP.NET 2.0 that works well in IE and also in netscape and mozilla but drag and drop feature not supported in mozilla and netscape.

Please can any body tell how can we do this using JavaScript.
