Default client side time calculation in asp.net

hi
i'm facing a problem with the client side time calculation.
i must calculate two different time hours and minutes to get the total time
for example from 12:00 till 15:00 the result must be 3:00
how can i integrate a javascript function that make this job in my asp.net application
NB:
the from must be runat server "runat = server"
