drop down menu

i dunno if i'm in the right place...but can anyone help me or tell me how to create a drop dow menu for navigation bars.

ex. if the mouse is over on toolz navigation bar, then they'll show a drop down menu for the places were u can go.
Can anyone help, plzzzzz
