Ad Rotator

Greetings,

Hi all! I was trying to build an ad rotator in javascript. However, each time when a new window in opened by following the links from the rotator and got focused, the page that holds the links/graphic file will get lost and become blanked. Could anyone suggest me some solution / cause for this? Many thanks
