I created an dynamic table where rows are added and deleted dynamically.
My problem is while creating an row in the table i want to create an check box also and i need to place that in the first column of the new row. Is is possible. Pls help me to resolve this

You need to use createElement("input") and then assign the type as checkbox and append to first cell. Show us your basic code if you need more.
