Default Does any boby here ?

 I have install Java Web Server Developer Pack 1.3 on my computer
Do I have to Install another tool to execute my first JSP.

I dont quite understand your question. To make a web application work you will need a Web Server like Apache Tomcat or something. Plus the Java Runtime. That should do the trick
