Default JSP Server

I want to ask
I just try to learn JSP for my web,......
and i hear that i must installed the Jakarta Tomcat server.
But i use Blazix and APache Web Server or IIS for my server,...
i want to know the different beetween TOmcat and the another server...

tomcat has apache built-in (default)
you can configure tomcat settings to work with other web servers
