you will see Map image and some Advertisement Border, now question is: is it possible that just map image area Visible=True and other area Visibility=False

No, the advertising is there for a reason and that reason is to cover the running cost of the site.
If you want to pay for their services you might be able to get a contract with them that will enable you to show their content without their advertising and branding but it will cost you, probably a lot.
