i hav created a drop down and a text box which displays the item selected in the dropdown using a form and submit button.
but once this selected item gets displayed the dropdown menu gets refreshed and by default the first item in the list of dropdown appears in the dropdown
how to avoid this
pls respond or tel which concept in jsp is to b used to handle this
