Default Need Help in jsp

Hi,
I am beginner to jsp and i need a help in Jsp.
I want a form that contains name,id,country,state fields..
when we run this in tomcat, country combobox must give all country names and state combobox must display all states in that country..

pleaseee help me in this..

Mostly these details will be coded first and then we code jsps to get this info. For example we might use different .inc files with state list. and one select box .inc with the list of countries. When the user selects a country we'll use javascript to listen the select event and submit a request to the same jsp with a request parameter which is the selected country name, and in the jsp we'll place if conditions to include the corresponding .inc file to have the states of that country.
