GTK GUI issues and evaluation

hi can anybody to help me on Evaluation of gtk+ gui applications.
please tell me if there is any standard tool kit is available for the same. i need to find out the frame changing time of my GUI application and how much memory is required for my application along with libraies. and the foot print.
