Default subfolder restrictions through samba file

Suppose i have 3 users
user1,
user2,
usre3
and i have share name as "/share1" and its subfolder
so i have give access to all three users for samba share "/share1"
and only user1 and user2 access to its subfolder ie "/share1/subshare1".

plz tell me how?????
