Default Loading content incell/ Div based on link click

Hello,
please help me out!!
I have two Divs. In one Div, i have a link.
i want to load content from php file in the second Div, wen someone clicks on the link from 1st <Div>.

or

may me instead of Divs, if someone knows how to load content in second table cell , when I clicks the link from 1st cell, plese give me the solution

thanks in advance for any help, replies and solution.
