   Is There Any free Tool To Migrate from Ms Access XP to Mysql 4.3 ??

The tools are included in MS Access and SQL servers themselves.

Not a freeware but quite good converter to convert database.

Take a look at this tool called dbload, its a simple tool to migrate database
