Let's imagine that there is a new hotell opened in town.

The owner wants to make an application that makes it easy to book rooms.
The guest should be able to:
1)Book or cancel booked rooms on the internet.
2)The booking is valid for one week after the original booking date. If the customer doesn't pay within a week the booking is then cancelled.
which sql statements and stored procedures should I have to make in order to do those different kind of moments on the Internet?

You requirement is easily said there. But there are no such defined set of sql statements for such activities. It depends on how your database structure is and got to move step by step on that.
