i am new to mysql, where and how to use trigger in mysql..

Right now in Mysql5 some basic triggers are there,not all types of tigger in respect to Oracle and Sql server.
         when to use :When u want to create or apply or fire any event (automatically) on change or deletion/updation/log in/ etc of records.At that time u should use tiggers.

Please go through the books first.
