I have acid reflux disease, and dont know where to post this on the web:what I am looking for is free software to use to call from PC to telephone, what I type: the other person hears, is there any software like this on the web?. Because of the acid reflux disease my voice cord is all messed up, and people cant hardly hear me when I say anything.

Any help would be great, I was looking for a p2p forum where you can ask any questions and get help, hope this is the right website?
