Default Environment options and other q's

"On the Environment node of the Options dialog, you can control whether Visual Studio should automatically adjust the visual experience based on client performance"
Professional Visual Studio 2010 P.41.

Within Visual Studio (SP1), I selected Tools > Options, and, there is a tab named Environment Fonts and Colors.

1. How do you mean?
Specifically it means, that, after navigating:
1a. Tools > Options, check Show All Settings (unless it is already checked)
1b. Under Environment > General, confirm that Automatically adjust visual experience based on client performance is checked, and, select OK (no Apply button available).

Navigate through the other options for all the options that are available, there are quite a lot of them :)

2. Can I adjust colors so that they are highlighted or blinking during debugging? How?
Within the New project dialog I can search templates. Can I create templates,
say, for websites? How?

Other questions
3. How can the advanced service references (within Solution Explorer context window) be used?
4. How do I create a web service and access it? How do I select which types are applicable for the service through the service references How are Advanced settings used?
