Default can we capture events on touchscreens

hi folks

  can we program a touchscreen in vb.net or c#.net without relying
  on any 3rd party tools
  if any of u cud just tell me how to do it ,do reply........

Your only prerequisite for a touch screen would be a driver.
The touch screen (like your mouse) is a pointing device; you only need a driver to use it within your operating system or application.

I've used touch screen's in the past, never had any need for 3rd party tools.
