Default Converting embedded visual basic 3 system to .Net

I have developed embedded visual basic 3 on a pocket access backend which runs statisfactorily on my PDA (Dell Axim 51 PDA). I would like to transform this into .net with a backend sql mobile 5. Is there a way i can do conversion through wizard or I have to write the system a fresh? I would highly appriciate any help out there. Thanks,
