Default VB.net http post with file

I'm working a project for one of my video sites. And I want to be able to upload new videos with out having the browser open for ever.
Http post is pretty simple.
But how do you post with files as big as 300 MB?
im using vb.net 1.1. and this really stumped me

anyone know how to accomplish this?
