Default DLL in VC#.NET

I have developed a new parser for expression in VC#.NET.
But this is a very small part of my main project.
So, I want to make a dll of this module.
Let me know how to make a dll in VC#.NET.

you just make a new project as a component,then it will build as a dll file. Also you can make it in DOS window by csc command, more details with csc /?.
