where the MSIL resides ?

Normally we say that We deploy MSIL to client and JIT compile it part by part according to client use it. and when application exits native code will removed is this concepts true coz this means client always have MSIL and run time generate native code. plz reply me soon.

when u press f8 a dll is formed that is ur msil
