Default Reference Problems

Hi folks,

Has anyone come across a problem where you cant include a reference dll built using vb.net 2005 in a 2003 project?

The Dll can be added to vs.net 2005 projects, so the file isnt corrupt.

If there is a way round this, can you let me know please?

Cheers

Morris
