Default very urgent

hai everybody


          i need to copy the access file from web server to client machine when a user enter in to particular page with out any notification to the user , it should not like download ,

     or

  i need kept my xml file in the client side access it from there for user interactions

        these for increase feed of the applocation

You can't do that for security reasons.. it will prompt the user.
