there are various unit testing frameworks avaliable like NUNIT etc. u can try them. u can also test application server load also using application test center.
Here are a couple links that should get you started. There is no "best" way to test; it all depends on your environment, your team size, what your comfortable, what youâre testing for, and so on. Testing really depends on your tests. Anyhow this should get you started...
