Default active reports for .net

hi,
im trying to convert a project in vb to c#.

it seems the way to go around this is vb->vb.net->c#.

my concern however is with the reports generated by the system.

the current system (the one in vb) uses ActiveReports v 2.0, and I understand .net framework uses ActiveReports for .Net..

[Question: Are these 2(ActiveReports 2.0 and ActiveReports For .Net)
substantially different that I may need to recode the reports part of the system?
OR
Can I still use the ActiveReports v 2.0 for the conversion]

I would really appreciate your help since Im a new vb/.net user. thanks.
