how to invoke the dll in ASP.NET 2.0

I am trying to invoke a dll written in VB in ASP.NET 2.0,while doing that I am getting the following error.,
"retrieving the com class factory for component with CLSID {D430-AA09-F4FA-4E72-A36B-813D1C431E75} failed due to the following error:80040154".Please help me to solve this issue.
