Default 02 IN 01 Desktop App (App+Wind Handler)

Hi to All Gurus,
I'm facing problem to implement a scenario.

There are Three applications running on my Desktop Machine.

1). V.Studio 2005(C# as dev tool),project name is "DEO_Project.sln".
2). MS Excel
3). XYZ Application with Only Two controls (TxtBox, BtnSave).

Initially(Just for Testing),

From my "DEO_Project.sln" I've read ONLY 01 Cell from Ms.Excel file.

Now I want to perform following 02 operations on another Appliction.

(1). Paste into XYZ Application.
(2). Save data into XYZ Application.

How can i perform this task from my DEO_Project.sln or from any other Tool.

Any Idea, guideline,Material, LOGIC would be highly appreciated with best Regards,

Khurram Nazir
