Default how to restict to offline access to VSS

I don't want users to access VSS in offline mode. how to do?.




Pls. help me.

This question really has nothing to do with .NET (at best it is a Visual Studio question).

Isn't this an oxymoron?

I don't see any source control plug-in settings in Visual Studio that would allow you to do what you hope to.
