Assembly failed to laod

I am getting this error when run the application. Any idea....

could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.ExceptionManagement.I nterfaces, Version=1.0.1984.27110, Culture=neutral, publicKeyToken=a2e2bb1ad003b469' or one of its dependencies.Failed to grant permission to execute.(Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131418)
