store & reteive email attachment in database

hi.......

i m using vb.net 2005 and ms-access.
i want to store attachment of email in access database as MEMO datatype. and also retrive from the database through programming in vb.net

i want to store each & every type of file in database (as memo)
e.g.- .pdf, .html, .doc, .xls, .zip....so on
