Default how to set focus

I want to input text in textbox, press Enter key to activate the Button_Click event.
How to make it?

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

you can use the event associated with textbox control:
Private Sub TextBox1_TextChanged(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles TextBox1.TextChanged

        Dim _e As New System.EventArgs
        Button1_Click(Me, _e)
end sub
