Default Access Denied to: from apache to iis

Hi All,

I have webservice developed in C# in IIS, If I try to connect it through PHP (running on apache) which is located in the same system, I could able to connect.

The same If I try to connect through PHP(apache) running on other remote machine, I am getting error as follows
"access denied to: http://../".

Any clue will be appreciated.
