I have developed one .net remoting application ,in that i have made server as console application.

Now i want that that server run as a window service.
I have placed the code of the server into service file.
But still it is still not working.
Service run without any problem but it doesnt give any result.

Can anybody help?
Is there any changes in code or is there any other configuration or like that i have to write ?

I have a problem with getting any service to start. I went to the link that was posted in this thread and when I attempt to start it in the Services screen after doing an InstallUtil MyService.exe, the same error comes back after about two minutes:

Could not start the MyService service on Local Computer. Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

I'm also following the same steps from the Wrox book, Visual Basic .NET Remoting, page 140 - still failing.

when u r creating service installer, there is one opetion in property to set the service owner that will start the service,
so make this to "Local Computer" or may be "Local System" dont remember exactly.
compile again and reinstall the service and start it.
your problem will solved.

Probably you have an exception in the OnStart event of de service object. Try catching all the code inside that function and if errors occurs, log it.
