ASP.NET Project Creation

I could not able to create a new project in the VS.NET editor, The fiel path d:\inetpub\wwwroot\webapplication1 does not correspond with URL d:\localhost\webapplication1.
HTTr Error 404: Not found

How to solve this, please give me the solution for this.
