I created a Web Application and a Web Service Application. In the Web Service, I have to create a AddJob() method. The AddJob() method takes job details as parameters. I want to send these job details to a job board url as xml file and get/read the response from that url.
Web Application call this AddJob method by passing parameters through proxy.
How I will implement this? I want help immediately.

You need to include the web service as a reference in your web project then call the method as normal.
MyWebService ws = new MyWebService();
object myResponse = ws.AddJob(YourXMLDocument);
