Send a message via Yahoo to nagendrakumar_b

Firstly check whether tag prefix there in the aspx file, if not include.
Example: <%@ Register TagPrefix="uc1" TagName="CalendarControl" Src="../../Common/CalendarControl.ascx" %>

Then delcare the user control as protected in your code behind
Example protected CalendarControl txtSOPResName;

If you want the instance of the text box which is used in user control use
TextBox Mytext;
