Default DataGrid ArrayList DataBinding

Hi,

I'm binding an ArrayList to a DataGrid. The ArrayList contains instances of 2 classes, one being the motherclass of the other. When the actual type of first item is the motherclass type, it works fine. In the other case - i.e. if the type of the first item is the child class, the DataGrid fails when trying to display motherclass items. I know it's expected not to work. Does anyone know a workaround?

Thanks for help
