Default need way to pass the soap message to webservice i


I am trying to call a web service that has no wsdl. Below is the soap request.

How should I do it. can any one give me code sample for it

    <ns1:getAvailability SOAP-ENV:encodingStyle="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/">
      <input xsi:type="ns1:GetAvailabilityRequest">
