Default Webservice Creation in VS 2005

In Vs 2005 when iam creating new webservice ,it is not creating Solution at selected path.please help me how to create solution file for webservice and how to build dll for webservice.
and how to make setup for webservice.

You mean like your WS files goes to

c:\users\<username>\documents\visual studio <version>\websites\<sitename>

folder and the solution file goes to

c:\users\<username>\documents\visual studio <version>\projects\<sitename>

folder?

You can move the solution file anywhere you like with Windows Explorer. It doesn't really matter where it is. The thing that does matter is that the actual WS files are at the correct place (you can see this by opening the solution (.sln) file in notepad) so that VS can find them.
