Default I'm a bignner to ASP.NET, plz help me

hi everybody,
I'm new to ASP.NET, i have to download it first. In the book "Beginning ASP.NET", i read about the ASP.NET installation and found that there are two kinds of installation, ASP.NET premium and the other one is the full .NET Framework.
But i didn't found the link to download ASP.NET premium, plz if any one guid me i'll highly oblige him.

Here is the one you want. It's called .NET Framework Redist version 1.1.

The other one is the SDK (full) - Download .NET Framework SDK version 1.1

The SDK has documentation and other stuff.

To run ASP.NET all you need is the first one.
