Default app problen in network

Hi
I am woking in asp.net.
Suddenly my project not working in network.
Even i can't open my project in visual studio.When i remove the cable from my pc i can open the project and run successfuly.But when i place the cable back its taking long time around 10 min to open my project.

i can browse other general site very fastly in network.
Any problem with IIS

advice me

I have seen this before here is a possible link on this.

It has to do with the pc being on the web and having an open web connection. That's all I know.
