Oracle Applications 11.5.9 Concise Guide !!!

Hi people ! I need to administer an Oracle Applications 11.5.9 , E-Bussines Suite and OFA
is there any good and concise guide, help to control all the services, processes, configurations
whitout need reading every 180 oracle .pdf manuals !!
