Menu not found error # 10205 and 41810

Hi All,
I am using Oracle 8 / Forms 5. All fmx and mmx file are stored in common folder. When i am running my form by a shortcut(targeting to above folder) on desktop, it shows this error
# Frm-10205 'mymenu.mmx Menu not found' and then it shows another error as Frm-41810 'error creating menu'. Please advise what could be the problem.
