Default "what is the reason"

  I am new to programming, i want to know that what are Relational database, normalization and why do we use these/advantages.

we use RDBMS for an efficient,accurate database design and manipulate. For data security RDBMS is ideal. Following products are using pure RDBMS.
1. Oracle
2. SAP
RDBMS has 10 rules which is mandatory for database.
