Plz give the advise about Sql 9i syllebus

I wanna give the paper of Oracle 9i SQL.I have read 13 chapters of the Oracle 9i Sql book.
Can any body tell me the exact sylebus of Sql 9i Certification paper and the charges of this paper.
I'l be thankful.Thnx
